ECGC outplayed Bonadies beating them 5-nil yesterday in the Digicel/St. Vincent Brewery/Aeropost Breakaway Firm’s Invitational Football Championship at the Grammar School Playing Field.
The goals were scored by Lenford Charles (2) and one each from Zeron Murray, Wenberth Mapp and Dwayne Dennie.
In the Agricultural Input Warehouse Under-15 Division, a goal each from Denilson Lewis and Brandon Fraser gave Volcanoes a 2-1 victory over Greggs. The goal for Greggs was scored by Zidan Sam.
And in another Under-15 match, Central Shooters edged out Layou 2-1. Troy Prince netted both goals for Central Shooters.
The goal for Layou was scored by Javal Samuel.
This afternoon in the Agricultural Input Warehouse Under-15 Division, Owia will meet Campdonia Chelsea from 2 O’clock, then from a quarter past three System Three (1) will tackle United Strikers.
And, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Port Authority will meet Ministry of Health and the Environment in the Senior Division from half past four.
Matches will be played at the Grammar School Playing Field.
