Deputy Principal of the Barrouallie Secondary School, Philbert John has highlighted the challenges which Educators face in addressing the issue of vandalism in schools
Mr. John made the point, during NBC’s Face to Face Programme last week.
He noted that it is very difficult for Teachers to identify the culprits of vandalism, because of lack of co-operation from students.
