The project at a cost of 30-million EC dollars, includes a Lecture Theatre Building, A Student Union Building and the Teachers’ Building.
In addition, there are two hard courts and an uncovered seating area or bleachers.
Renovations were also done on the existing buildings from the first and second phases.
This project was financed by the European Union and the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Opening Ceremony commences at eleven this morning at the Community College Campus at Villa.
There will be addresses from the EU Ambassador to Barbados and the OECS Mr. Mikael Barford, Minister of Education Girlyn Miguel, Project Architect Moulton Mayers, and representatives from the Community College.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will deliver the keynote address.
