The National Sports Council will host the 2014 National Sports Awards on Saturday February 7th at the Spring Estate.
The Council has chosen “Fostering Lasting Friendship through Sports” as the theme for this year’s event.
Manager of National Sports Council Julian Burgin told Reporters that the event will be held to celebrate the achievement of the Sportsmen and Sportswomen in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
He said nominations for the various Sporting Disciplines have already been presented to the Sports Council.
Burgin also listed nominees for the Senior Sportsmen and Sports Women categories.
