Minister of Health, Wellness and the Environment, Clayton Burgin, said the Ministry seeks to maintain at least six functional ambulances throughout the country at all times.
He made the point while responding to a question in Parliament on Tuesday.
Minister Burgin said every effort is being made to maintain this figure to ensure the availability of the service when needed.
Minister Burgin said arrangement are also being made to ensure the servicing of ambulances in a timely and effective manner.
