The organizers of this year’s Windward Carnival activities say they are preparing to launch a packed programme program of activities for Carnival lovers.
This year’s program is being organized by Mad House Entertainment under the theme “Fetting and Frolicking But Keeping It Clean, Windward Carnival 2015”.
Founder of Mad House Entertainment, Joel “Dj Fugitive” Bibby said the activities will kick off this weekend with the official launch.
