Members of the public will be in a festive mood this weekend with a number of events hosted as part of the 2015 edition of Vincy Mas.
Activities for Central Leeward Carnival will wrap up on the weekend and the first annual mas launch will be held at Carnival City Victoria Park on May 23rd.
