Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has challenged the youths of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to assist in providing care for the elderly.
The Prime Minister raised the issue while addressing hundreds of young people at the ULP Youth Arm Convention on Sunday at the Thomas Saunders Secondary School.
He said that the latest census has revealed that the number of elderly persons here has increased since 2001, so it’s vital that the young people assist in improving the quality of their lives.
Meanwhile … Delivering the Feature Address, Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar said that the role of the youth in this election campaign is critical.
