Organizers of the St. Georges Carnival activities say plans are well underway for their 2015 activities which will take place this upcoming weekend.
Chairman of the St. Georges Carnival Committee, Foster Hanibald said while they have faced a number of setbacks, this year’s program promises to be even better than previous editions.
