The 2015 St. Vincent and the Grenadines Coast Guard/Bank of St. Vincent and Sagicor Youth Development Summer Program got underway yesterday at the Coast Guard Base at Calliaqua.
Coast Guard Petit Officer, Kenlett Francis said this year marks the 22nd anniversary of the program which is conducted in three phases.
Mr. Francis said twenty-nine youths between the ages 14 and 18 are participating in the first phase which will end on July 22nd.

Mr. Francis also outlined some of the topics which will be covered during this year’s program.
