Twenty students from the North Leeward constituency on September 15th, received much needed financial assistance to aid in their tertiary level studies at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.
The bursaries, totaling 10 thousand EC dollars, were provides by the ULP’s candidate for North Leeward, Carlos James, as part of the Access to College Education Programme (ACEP).
Mr. James said the programme, which is in its second year, is intended to assist with the educational needs of the less fortunate in the community.
