Making good on a promise he made at his “Steel Expressions” show last year, Cultural Icon Rodney Small is set to host a Youth Development Programme targeting young Creative Artists.
In an interview with NBC News, Small expressed a concern for young people here who have an interest in the creative arts, but do not know how to hone their skills.
In this regard, he said that the one day “Arts Alive” Symposium slated for October 14th at the Peace Memorial Hall, is set to be the Launchpad for his youth development programme.
