Yesterday, in the Schools Table Tennis Championships Boys Teams’ Semi Finals of the Primary Schools Division, Belair Government School defeated Layou Government School Team One 3-1, and Layou Government School Team Two beat Brighton Methodist School 3-2.
In the Girls Singles Quarter Finals, Sunica Clarke beat Latisha Hendrickson 12-10, 11-4. Leah Cumberbatch overcome Ciara Harry 11-7, 11-4. Zola Fraser won from Dyonce Glasgow 11-7, 4-11, 11-8. Karissa Moses beat Shekeira Jack 5-11, 11-9, 13-11.
In the Girls Singles Semi-Finals, Leah Cumberbatch beat Sunica Clarke 11-5, 11-3, and Zola Fraser crushed Karissa Moses 11-7, 8-11, 11-8.
In the Boys Singles Quarter-Finals, Renson Sayers won from Alanzio Jeffers 11-9, 16-14, Bennie Waldron beat Rashaad Wallace 11-6, 11-7, Kelroy Phillips defeated Jelenie Cumberbatch 11-8, 12-10 and Joshua James beat Jolanzio Patterson 9-11, 15-13, 11-14.
In the Boys Singles Semi-Finals, Renson Sayers beat Joshua James 11-3, 11-4, and Kelroy Phillips defeated Bennie Waldron 12-10, 4-11, 13-11.
The finals are scheduled for October 30th.
