Deputy Prime Minister Sir Louis Straker, has commended his Unity Labor Party (ULP) on its return to power for the fourth consecutive term in the December 9th General Elections.
He was speaking during the Ceremonial Opening of the First Session of the Tenth Parliament at the Assembly Chamber in Kingstown yesterday.
Minister Straker said the government will continue to champion the cause of all Vincentians under the leadership of Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves.
Minister Straker said the Prime Minister continues to ensure the economic stability of the country in the face of a global economic crisis.
