Special programs put on by local communities for the 2016 Christmas and Nine Mornings Festival will be featured in a cultural calendar for this year.
Word of this came from Minister of Culture Cecil McKie as he addressed the Nine Mornings Awards Ceremony on Saturday at the Memorial Hall.
Minister Mckie appealed for the active participation of all the various communities involved in the festival
