President of the National Omnibuses Association, NOBA, Anthony “Code Red” Bacchus says he is hoping that all minibus operators and conductors here will strive to comply with the traffic laws and regulations this year, to ensure that the nation’s roads are safe for all road users.

Mr. Bacchus says one issue that is of great concern to him is the improper use of the alternative route out of Kingstown for minibuses. The route takes van drivers up

Town Hill, around Cane Garden and on to the Arnos Vale main road; and is accessible between the hours of 3:30 and 6pm Mondays thru Fridays
In this Special Report, Jamisha Wright tells us more about the plans of NOBA for the year 2016.
