Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has expressed sadness at the passing of Kimron Lowman, who died by drowning on Monday.
According to police, Kimron Lowman, a 13 year old Student of the Doctor JP Eustace Memorial Secondary School and a resident of Ottley Hall lost his life while bathing just off the Aquatic Club Dock, at Villa at about 10:40 Monday morning,.
Speaking at a Media Conference on Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Gonsalves said he has spoken with the mother of the young lad and expressed sincere condolences to the family.
The Prime Minister also took the opportunity to issue an appeal for persons who will be going to the beach over the Easter Weekend to exercise caution.
