Wanted By Police – Raphael O’Neil Of Vermont

Police are seeking the co-operation of the public in apprehending 31-year-old Raphael O’Neil, a esident of Vermont who is wanted in connection with a series of burglaries.

According to information from the Police, O’Neil, who is a labourer, is five feet one inch in height, dark in complexion, with a round face, brown eyes and thick lips.

The Police have also said that O’Neil has the tattoo: Death Row on his right hand, and that he should be approached with caution.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact the Officer in charge of the Western Division at telephone numbers: 45-87239; 456-1810, 45-71211 or any Police Station.

Persons can also contact the Officer in charge of the Criminal Investigation Department, CID, the Criminal Records Office, CRO and the Major Crimes Unit, MCU at 456-1810 or 457-1211 extensions 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 228.

The Police have given the assurance that all calls will be treated with confidence, and the callers can remain anonymous.
