Firefighters here were this morning fighting another fire in Capital City Kingstown.
According to the police the fire got started at about 1:35 this morning at the old Treasury Building, which was recently affected by fire.
When firefighters arrived on the scene the fire was said to be posing a threat to the Post Office Building; and, an Offensive Fire Attack was employed, which saw the firefighters going all out to prevent the spread of the fire.
The Firemen, who were up to 5 this morning fighting the blaze, were able to contain and eventually extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is still unknown and the matter is presently under investigation.
