The Grenadine Island of Mayreau is currently preparing to host the 10th Annual Mayreau Regatta.
President of the Mayreau Regatta and Sporting Committee, Linus Thomas Alexander tells NBC News that this year the programme will run from April 28th to May 1st.
He said this year’s Regatta will feature a number of activities for the entire family including Boat Races, Cooking competitions and Bingo among other attractions.
Mr. Alexander said last year’s Regatta was well patronized by members of the public and he is encouraging everyone down to Mayreau from April 28th to May 1st for this year’s hosting of the program.
