Public Health Continues To Protect The Nation Against Zika

In its ongoing campaign to protect the population against the Zika virus, the Ministry of Health Wellness and the Environment is continuing to adopt a multi-faceted approach,

This assurance come from Senior Environmental Health Officer and Supervisor of the Insect/Vector Control Unit in the Ministry, Todd Lewis.

Health personnel are visiting communities for inspection, and in areas of high Mosquito population, steps are taken to reduce the Mosquito population at source, followed by fogging, Mr. Lewis said.
