The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) has described the just concluded Vincy Mass 2016 Festival, as a huge success.
CEO of the CDC, Ashford Wood tells NBC News the activities climaxed on Tuesday with Mardi Gras, and all of the activities were well received by members of the public.
Mr. Wood says the CDC will also be seeking to streamline the events which will be held by private promoters for Vincy Mas 2017.
