A top Trade Unionist here has called for the implementation of a performance and evaluation system within the public service sector of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The call came from President of the Public Service Union (PSU), Elroy Boucher, on the heels of a regional public service meeting which convened here last month.
Mr. Boucher believes that this is one of several issues affecting public servants that the collective bargaining process can deal with.
Mr. Boucher said the union is also advocating for health insurance coverage for public servants.
