“Vibrating Scakes” appeals for less noise

Veteran musician and entertainer Kenneth “Vybrating Scakes” Alleyne has called on the people of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to adhere to the guidelines set out under the Noise Control Act.

Speaking on Monday night on the Police On The Beat Programme on NBC Radio, the calypsonian complained about loud noises not only at public functions which disturb the peace but also loud music emanating from private vehicles.

He said citizens need to have consideration for their neighbors and other people in close proximity to where there are having events.
