Combined Outlaws and Caesars Defenders won matches last weekend in the Digicel/CIBC First Caribbean International Bank North Union Twenty/20 Softball Cricket Championship at the North Union Playing Field, but Sunday’s matches were abandoned because of rain.
Combined Outlaws won by default over Young Attackers in the last preliminary match, and in the Knock-out Competition, Caesars Defenders beat Dipcon Engineering Road Warriors by 170 runs. The scores: Caesars Defenders 213 off 20 overs, Dipcon Engineering Road Warriors 44 off 15.2 overs.
