The start of the new Law Year will be marked with an Ecumenical Church Service on Tuesday 20th September at the Kingstown Methodist Church from 8:00 a.m.
The service will be held under the auspices of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Christian Council and members of the local Legal Fraternity will gather to observe the day.
Following the Service, there will be a procession of the Members of the Bar, Police Officers and Prison Officers from the Church to the Court House.
A Guard of Honour will assemble in the Court Yard, and at 9:00 a.m. there will be a formal opening of the Court.
