MRS ANESTA CAROL VICTORY better known as NESTA of Roseau, Sion Hill died on Monday October 10th at the age of 48. The funeral takes place on Tuesday October 18th at the Streams of Power Church, Sion Hill. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be ta the Kingstown Cemetery.
