Vincentians offered prayers for the nation today, as a National Day of Prayer was observed, to coincide with this country’s 37th Independence Anniversary celebrations.
Pastors throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines visited Schools, Clinics, Hospitals and Government Ministries to offer prayers.
Sonny .E Williams, Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies, spoke at the Independence Thanksgiving Service, which was held yesterday at the Kingstown Methodist Church, and urged all Vincentians to join the national effort.
