The Sean Stanley Table Tennis Academy took the honours again last night as they defeated the visiting Caribbean Unity Sports Organization of Barbados in matches of their series at the West St. George Secondary School in Belair.

The Sean Stanley Academy took the first match 3-LOVE after Caleb Howard defeated Raphael HIT-LAL 11-4, 9-11 11-4, 11-1; Michel Creese beat Isiah Crichlow 11-2 11-3, 11-2; Kristian Christopher won from Anya BY-LOSS 12-10, 11-6, 11-4.

Xavier Beckles won the first game of the second contest with a 3-11, 11-5, 11-8, 8-11, 10-12 victory over Juwan Howard after which Leah Cumberbatch beat Alex Henry 7-11, 8-11, 11-7, 11-9, 13-11, and Mirac Creese beat M-D-JA-I Collymore 11-7, 6-11, 11-9, 11-8.

The last match, a doubles contest, going to Sean Stanley Academy’s Keyonjay Findlay and Dureese Nelson with an 11-7, 11-6 win over Anya BY-LOSS and Alex Henry for a 3-1 win.

Matches continue today also at the West St. George Secondary School in Belair.
