The Barbados Labour Party (BLP) will form the next government, led by its first female Prime Minister, Mia Mottley, after a landslide victory in the General Elections yesterday.
Based on the results, the BLP won all thirty seats in the Elections.
In her victory speech, Prime Minister Designate Mia Mottley thanked all individuals who assisted in the election campaign and said it is now time.
Ms. Mottley also thanked the outgoing Parliamentarians for their service to Barbados over the years.
