The General Employees Cooperative Credit Union, GECCU will host its Annual Presentation of Scholarships and Bursaries at a ceremony today.
Students who recently completed the Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) will receive their awards during the ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall, Kingstown.
GECCU will award scholarships to thirteen students including one each from the Northern and Southern Grenadines.
One hundred and twenty other successful candidates will receive cash awards.
The featured speaker today’s ceremony is GECCU Scholar of 1993 Dr. Niyan Fraser.
Today’s ceremony is scheduled to begin at 9:30am.
