Local Police authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of Lorenzo Starker, a resident of Vermont who was shot and killed last evening.
The report said incident, residents of the area heard the ringing of gunshots.Last night and the body of Mr. Straker was discovered.
It is alleged that this is the second reported incident within 24 hours.
