Lower Questelles secured a 2-1 victory over a South Leeward X1 Team yesterday at the Campden Park Playing Field to mark the opening of the South Leeward Elite Invitational Football Championship.
National striker, Nazir Mc Burnette and Sylvannus Baptiste were the goal scorers for Lower Questelles, while Kendal Burke converted for the South Leeward X1 Team.
At the same venue this afternoon, Great House will tackle Vermont in the opening fixture at 4:30.
