St. Vincent and the Grenadines has signed an agreement with Russia on the conditions of waiver of visa formalities for trips of citizens of both countries.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov signed the agreement at a meeting held yesterday on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
The two officials also discussed prospects for the development of bilateral relations and topical issues of regional and international agenda.
