MR DAVID WINSTON WILLIAMS better known as BULLY of Colonarie and Tortola died on Sunday September 20th at the age of 50. The funeral takes place on Sunday October 25th at the Ebenezer Seventh Day Adventist Church in Belle Vue. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be the Colonarie Cemetery.
