MS SYLVIA CARMEL SAMUEL better known as OTTO of McCarthy died on Wednesday April 13th at the age of 67. The funeral takes place on Saturday April 30th at the St Elizabeth Spiritual Baptist Church, Belmont according to New Testament Church of God Rights. Viewing and Tributes begin at 1:00pm.
