Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has expressed regret that more than eight hundred Farmers in North Windward did not receive payment under the Farmers Income Support Programme
The Prime Minister addressed the matter in Parliament this morning.
The Prime Minister also dismissed claims that the incident occurred because of the unavailability of funds.
