Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has appealed to Vincentians to avoid negative attitudes and focus on producing a beautiful festival in the months leading up to Vincy Mas.
Speaking on radio yesterday, the Prime Minister also urged local Calypsonians to sing about the truth and give mature reflections when they compose their calypsos.
