MR CEDRIC MARTINO FRANKLYN of Waynesboro, Virgina formerly of New Montrose died on Saturday December 21st at the age of 67. The funeral takes place on Saturday January 25th at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Kingstown. The Service begins at 10:30am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
