Minister of Tourism Carlos James said the Emancipation Cricket Festival is more than just a sporting event.
He expressed those sentiments during the launch of the cricket festival on Tuesday.
The Emancipation Cricket Festival is a four-day festival that will see cricketers from around the world convene in St Vincent and the Grenadines for a one of a kind cricket competition.
