In today’s Carnival Update, we put the spotlight on the newly-crowned Calypso Monarch, Chanique Bailey.
Mrs. Bailey, a newcomer, emerged victorious with her song Lift Me Up, following a very competitive National Calypso Final, at Carnival City, Victoria Park.
