MR RANDOLPH BROWNE better known as ELVIS of Fair Hall died on Thursday July 30th at the age of 59. The funeral takes place on Saturday August 22nd at the Belair New Testament church of God. The body lies at the church from noon. The Service begins at 1:00. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
