Minister of Tourism, Cecil Mckie, said St. Vincent and the Grenadines recorded a five percent increase in arrivals in the yachting sector in 2014.
He gave the figures in Parliament last week during his contribution to the 2015 budget debate.
Minister Mckie noted that St. Vincent and the Grenadines is second to the British Virgin Islands, in terms of visitor arrivals in the yachting sector.
Minister Mckie said the ministry will be working towards improving arrivals by air for 2015.
