The International Airport Development Company (IADC) will continue its public education programme later this month with a Town Hall Meeting in Rose Hall.

A release from the IADC says it will be the 4th in a series of meetings, geared towards stimulating thought and action as persons are encouraged to prepare to embrace the international airport.

The session will be held at the Rose Hall Primary School, on Wednesday November 20th from 7pm.

The Facilitators include; Dr. Rudy Matthias, CEO/Chairman of the IADC, who will focus on investment opportunities in and around the airport; Stina Herberg, head of the Richmond Vale Accademy who will focus on the Beautification and preservation of the Environment.

Presentations will also come from Selwin Patterson, President of the Rose Hall Cultural and Development Organisation, who will focus on Sustainable Community Tourism and as well as a representative from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Industry who will look at the impact that the International Airport is likely to have on those sectors.

The presentations will be followed by questions and general discussion. There will also be a cultural performance by the Rose Hall Cultural and Development Organisation.

Three other Town Hall Meetings have already been held in Kingstown, Stubbs and Sandy Bay.
