A four-member Medical Team from the United States will be holding a one Week clinic here as part of the World Pediatric Project’s first Pediatric General Surgery Mission to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Eastern Caribbean Representative of the World Pediatric Project (WPP) Jacqueline Browne King says the mission will run from today to Friday.

She says during the week over thirty children will be evaluated and eleven surgeries performed on patients.

She says the Chief Executive Officer of the World Pediatric Project Susan Rickman will also be here to conduct meetings as well as look at the progress of renovations being done on the Pediatric Ward at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
