Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar says the flooding and landslides which occurred during the month of December 2013 are having a significant impact on production and productivity in the agricultural sector.
Speaking at a News Conference yesterday, Minister Caesar said the adverse weather has already affected exports of bananas.
