A new state of the art computer lab have been officially handed over to the SVG Community College Division of Technical and Vocational Education under the SMART Project.
The national telecommunications regulatory commission NTRC is hosting the project to offer existing programs to students of the college online and in real time.
Speaking at Tuesdays handing over ceremony Deputy Director of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College Nigel Scott said the smart project will assist in the development of students and citizens as well.
He we have been lost in the technological dessert for too long.
Scott said the college is very excited about the project. He expressed gratitude to the NTRC and LIME and looks forward to their continued collaboration with the college.
