Barrister at Law, Rene Baptiste, said the Caribbean has lost a great son of the law with the passing of prominent Queen’s Counsel Karl Hudson, who died in London at the age of 80.

Mr. Phillips was a former Attorney General and Judge at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and has been involved in many high-profile cases throughout the Caribbean, as both prosecutor and defender.

In an interview with NBC News, Miss Baptiste said she had the honor of working along with Mr. Phillips, who became a long time friend.
