The Ministry of Transport, Works, Urban Development and Local Government is continuing effort towards improving performance and refining service delivery.

To this end the Ministry will host a training workshop for the staff of the various Town Boards, and District Offices tomorrow at the Services Commissions Department conference room from 9:00 a.m.

The Workshop Facilitator is Dominique Boulais from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, who will provide a history and update the participants on the War Graves Commission.

Local Government Officer Denniston Douglas will also host a session to finalize the Ministry’s work plan for the year.

All Local Government Offices including District Council Offices will be closed tomorrow to facilitate this important session.
