Commanding Officer of the Salvation Army in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Major Pierre Antoine (ANTWON) has made an appeal for Vincentians to continue supporting the ongoing programs of his organization.

He made this appeal as he revealed that The Salvation Army has reached its target of 100-thousand dollars for its 2013 Christmas Kettle Appeal in cash donations and other areas.

Major Antoine said they also have their children’s home which currently have eleven kids and it was not damaged during the Christmas Eve Floods.

He said they still require assistance in a number of areas relating to the Children’s Home and he is appealing to members of the public to continue supporting these programs.
